Catalina and Periscope are our fresh new beers to kick off 2021’s limited series.

Weighing in at 6.5% Catalina is a hefty West Coast IPA. It’s pithy, dank and resinous with huge flavours of grapefruit and pineapple.

Periscope is a Sabro and Cryo Citra DDH pale at 4.5%. There should be rules against brewing a beer this tropical during the winter! It’s incredibly soft & easy drinking with flavours of tangerine, coconut and tropical fruit which is accompanied by a hefty amount of stone fruit on the nose. Winner.
