Crag
Our proper northern bitter! Leaden skies, satanic mills and the unmistakable feeling of satisfaction from an honest days graft. So, enough with the fizzy stuff, pint o' bitter, bread roll for dippin'.
Ghyll
A Golden Ale available exclusively in cask, Ghyll is our nod to the great British Session Ale. It drinks easy with some pleasant intrigue from Amarillo hops. Ghyll keeps us grounded and reminds us that sometimes less is more.
Tbox cask
OG Craft Beer. Tinderbox is a classic West-Coast style IPA. Dry and bitter, the hops are piney, resinous and pithy. We've been making this from the beginning and it remains close to our hearts.
Gyle 1000 Regressive Pale
For our 1000th brew day we decided to resurrect an old favorite from our early beginnings. Full of hope, promise and determination, with bright floral notes of grapefruit from copious amounts of Neslon Sauvin and Chinook hops.
Dark Mild
Backstreet boozers and swift after work pints inspired us to create this iteration of a classic cask session beer, with hints of chocolate and aromatic caramel malt and a balanced bitterness – this one’s all about the malt, and its uninhibited journey across the palate providing the opportunity for another swift flyer. Cheers!
Light Mild
Tea and Biscuits, with the familiar colours of the patterned wallpaper that adorned your grandparents’ walls as a child, along with the same fuzzy, comfort of reminiscing. This beer doesn’t belong anymore, or is it what we’ve been after all along. Would that it were so simple.
Foss
A pale ale, dry and balanced with a blend of British and US hops for a perfect session beer. Fruity nose followed by a flinty, bitter finish that brings you back to the glass for more.
SIPA
This is our "if in doubt" beer. Hazy, fruity and balanced, hopped with Ekuanot, Citra & Centennial. Big dry hop and whirlpool additions, gentle bitterness, just an elegant, super easy-drinking hoppy session beer.
Helles
Unfiltered & unfined in the classic Bavarian style, this is lager as it should be. It's smooth and moreish with all the complexity that comes with many weeks of cold maturation. A cold one of these on a Friday evening always keeps us coming back for more.
Lawyers Guns & Money
A massive whirlpool hop charge of Cascade leaf underpins this succulent NEIPA, providing just enough bitterness to balance the sweet, jammy malt bill while providing the perfect platform to showcase Ella, Mosaic, Citra Cryo and Sabro Cryo at the dry hop...
Knott
Tastes like sunshine yet to come and long warm evenings. Deliciously refreshing layers of tropical fruit, berries and just enough edge to keep your tastebuds tinglin'.
Oats & Mosaic
Exactly what you would expect from a Mosaic pale ale brewed with oats! An extremely tropical, dank and hazy beer that has an incredibly pillowy mouthfeel.
Beck
Beck has hopped straight in as our best January pal. If you’re feeling like the festive period took it’s toll, then get some tins of this in and take it easy without sacrificing your tastebuds. This low alcohol heavy hitter is bringing big flavour from Citra and Simcoe on a delicious oaty base.
Cuppa Joe
Working with collaborative coffee legends Pennington’s, we’ve brewed up a luxuriously dark stout with a delicate addition of their house espresso beans arriving on a smooth, milky lactose base to deliver a shot of pure comfort in a glass.
Pinnacle
Taking influence from the giantkilling US bad boy double IPAs of yore, this glass of bright amber promises balanced malt sweetness, ever-so-slightly warming higher alcohols, pithy, juicy US hops in abundance bringing their stonefruit leading to a dry, bitter finish.

Wide Open Road
